What countries do Lupin's Market ship to?

Currently, we ship to following countries with estimated time as follows:

- Indonesia (depending on cities)
- Singapore 3-5 working days
- Malaysia 6-10 working days
- Hong Kong 6-7 working days
- UAE & Saudi Arabia 7-9 working days

Your invoice has reflected total price that has include cost of goods & shipping fees.

What shipping methods are available?

For local Indonesian shipment, we work with JNE to distribute to Indonesian cities under JNE networks.

For ASIA & UAE/Saudi Arabia, we partner with Rayspeed International to deliver your goods.

How can I track my order?

Once order is packed and a shipment is confirmed, a shipping schedule & status of your order will be updated.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We will only allow cancellation if we have not fulfilled the order (order is already packed AND/OR is already dropped at shipping courier). Please DM us on Instagram for this.

Modification of order as "add on" to existing paid order can be done IF order has not been dropped at shipping counter; additional shipping fee may apply.

Modification of order as NEW order IF existing paid order has been dropped at shipping counter; additional shipping fee WILL BE applied.

What payment methods do Lupin's Market accept?

For Indonesian market, you can choose the payment method.

For international market, you can pay with your international cards OR if you prefer to transact via transfer WISE, you can DM us via IG for manual payment method.

How long do I have to complete the payment before my order gets canceled?

Once you decide to purchase, we will give you 1x24 hours to pay for the order. We will cancel your order if you fail to do your payment within 24 hours of putting the order.

If you have completed your payment but receive a cancelled order from us, please reach out to us.

Why I cannot return to checkout page to pay for my order?

If you have decided to purchase for your order, but quits the payment page before successfully completing your payment. Do let us know right away via IG @lupinsmarket OR email us at lupinsmarket@gmail.com, we will re-send you the order checkout page link for you to pay with your payment method.

How do I return items and request a refund?

Currently we do not accept refund for any goods should the goods be damaged upon receiving, but we do offer exchange for Indonesian customers OR a store credit for international customers

And PLEASE make sure you do a total uncut unboxing video (when you open package & all the way to showcasing of the goods) upon receiving should there be situation where you receive damaged goods

How can I find the right size for my pets?

For supplies, accessories & clothings, please ensure you check the size guide in the product detail.

Can I request a product that's not currently available?

For any items that not listed in our website or stocks, send us inquiry via our IG @lupinsmarket. We may be able to help you to source your goods.
